One of the toughest challenges faced by a general contractor is a major renovation of an existing building. The success of the project relies almost solely on the experience and ingenuity of the project team, and the ability of the team members to communicate clearly. NCI and its personnel have been successfully facing these challenges for the past 25 years, so our project managers have the experience and communication skills necessary to complete literally any project. The ability to identify and eliminate potential problems BEFORE they turn into cost overruns or delays is something our company prides itself on.
